Being in nature is where I feel most alive! Blending with the natural world and feeling into the connection that we are one with everything.

I am the mother of 4 children and life companion to 2 sweet dogs and 1 chicken. My husband Alex is also my best friend and I thank the creator every day for our life's beautiful  journey together.

My family is from the Azores. The connection to my roots and practices of the ancestors who have walked before me runs fiercely through my veins. Knowing who I am and where my family comes from brings the urgency to show up with respect and resonance with all other cultures and traditions I love to honor and learn from!

I've been very fortunate to have had loving and ethical teachers throughout my development, sharing on retreats and learning from true examples.

A remembrance came alive when I attended my first drum circle. The vibration of the drum filled my body, the sounds of singing and chant caressed my ears, the feeling of community and the power we serve together when gathering with the intention of uplifting the collective consciousness. Full body chills! Since then, I will gather by fire and drums whenever I can! I have been a student of Hawaiian chant and long time appreciator of song and chant of all cultures throughout time. The primal essence of the earth's heartbeat bringing us in together as one.

As a mother of 4 and former daycare teacher, guiding the youth is engrained in me. Reminding the children that we are spiritual beings having a human experience, keeping nature and fun as our focus!
